Educational Grants and Sponsorship Support for Organizations and Schools & Colleges of OptometryCooperVision is committed to supporting continuing education and other educational activities that will assist eye care practitioners in making informed decisions regarding their contact lens patients.
CooperVision's Grant & Sponsorship Review Team will accept requests for unrestricted educational grants and sponsorships from:
- Academic institutions
- Professional associations and societies
- Accredited continuing education providers
- Providers creating non-CE educational programs
- Trade show organizers
Request for educational grants and sponsorships are evaluated and consideration is given to programs based on the following areas of educational interest:
- Soft contact lens materials, designs and fitting
- Contact lens patient and practice management
- Ocular health related to contact lens wear
- Diagnosis and treatment of contact lens related complications
- Student & Resident school activities, clubs, and programs
CooperVision complies with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. All requests for Educational Grants and Sponsorships are subject to the terms of our internal policies and procedures and undergo careful internal review to ensure compliance with said laws, rule and regulations.
Requests for educational grants and sponsorships may be accepted or rejected at CooperVision's sole discretion. Approved grants and sponsorships may be subject to reporting under the National Physician Payment Transparency Program (Open Payments) a.k.a. Sunshine Act.
